We will never sell a product that we have not used or endorse whole heartedly. Return Policy: Please contact us prior to returning a product for a return authorization number. Return the unused portion of the product in the original container (manufacturer will not guarantee if not in original packaging) and note why it is being returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error and shipped the wrong product or size. In that case we will reimburse UPS "ground" shipping charges to the customer. Customers have the choice to receive a credit towards another product or a refund. Refunds will be credited to the customer within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned item.
